This presentation provides an overview of legal remedies available for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking and will highlight trafficking co-occurring with domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and child abuse. This session also discussed about Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) confidentiality protections available for immigrant survivors and how to advocate effectively for family court protections. Finally, this session covered which benefits and services survivors and their children are legally eligible to access.
