This is a searchable state-by-state directory of service providers including victim advocates, attorneys, community based, culturally and linguistically specific, and faith-based organizations and other professionals with experience serving immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child/elder abuse and neglect, stalking, dating violence, human trafficking and other U-visa criminal activities. This directory will help professionals identify programs in your state, region, or community with expertise serving immigrant survivors. It can be used by immigrant survivors to locate programs that have victim advocates and attorneys who can assist them. NOTE to users: NIWAP provides support for professionals only. We do not provide any direct legal services or advice to individuals over the phone or by email regarding benefits eligibility or any other legal issue. We encourage survivors to review the resources and materials in our library with their victim advocate or attorney. If you are an immigrant survivor wish to identify a victim advocate or attorney in your state or community who can assist you, use this Directory to find assistance The Directory is also useful to identify organizations in another state to which an immigrant victim may be considering moving. If you are working with an immigrant victim for whom you need resource materials on immigrant victims legal rights or you need a referral to another jurisdiction to a program that has staff or volunteers who speak the victim’s language, you can search this database by language to identify such programs. We recommend that you start your search with wider terms, such as state, city, or language, and look for more specific options within these searches. To get started, select the state you are in on the map. Once a state is selected, you can search organizations by zip code, city, or name by using the search bar at the top of the table below. If you are with an organization working with immigrant survivors, please make sure that your agency’s contact information is correctly represented within the directory.
