Press Release New Mexico Supreme Court Rules that Visa Application of Crime Victims are Protected from Disclosure (May 15, 2025) [pdf]

The New Mexico Supreme Court issued a statement on May 15, 2025, stating that visa applications of crime victims are protected from disclosure in a recent ruling.
