I-864W Instructions for Request for Exemption for Intending Immigrant’s Affidavit of Support (March 10, 2021) [pdf]

Instructions to be used for applicants for immigrants sponsored by family members who are exempt from the affidavit of support requirement. Note this form does not need to be filed by immigrants who are exempt because they are VAWA self-petitioners.
