This presentation includes how to identify which immigrant victims and their children qualify for which types of publically funded benefits and services in D.C. It also describes how filing for victim related immigration benefits enhances access to public benefits safety net services. Lastly, it explains how VAWA confidentiality protections from removal for immigrant survivors improving safety planning and access to justice for immigrant survivors
