Specifically– “Any credible evidence” on page 7 “ Generally primary or secondary evidence must be submitted with an immigrant visa petition. See 8 CFR 204. l. However, that section allows the battered spouse or child self-petitioner to submit “any credible evidence” and does not require that the alien demonstrate the unavailability of primary or secondary evidence.
