This memorandum further elaborates on the definition of the three enforcement priorities for Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) attorneys outlined in the Mayorkas Memorandum. These enforcement priorities include: threat to national security, threat to public safety, and threat to border security. This memo also informs OPLA attorneys on procedures for implementing and documenting cases that address these priorities.
