Although immigrant survivors are legally eligible to access a wide range of programs and services that are necessary to protect life and safety without regard to their immigration status, many face difficulties accessing these essential services, including transitional housing.  This webinar will be the first in a three part webinar and office hour series on the legal rights of immigrant domestic and sexual violence victims to access shelter, transitional housing, legal services, emergency food assistance, health care and other life-saving services.  Steps that support immigrant survivor self-sufficiency will be discussed.
