We will discussed the confidentiality laws that apply to VAWA, FVPSA, and VOCArecipients and how those rules interplay with generalconfidentiality obligations of legal and victim service providers. Faculty will discuss the impact of these confidentiality andprivilege protections when working with immigrant victims.
