Neufield Waiver Marriage Termination Memo (April 3, 2009) [pdf]

This memo provides guidance on how to adjudicate a battered spouse waiver petition if the abused spouse and the abusive spouse are legally separated or have initiated divorce or annulment proceedings, but the marriage has not been terminated.
