Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Directive 100775.2 establishes policy and procedures for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) HSI personnel when requesting Continued Presence on behalf of victims of a severe form of trafficking and who may be potential witnesses in the investigation and/or prosecution of those responsible for such trafficking, as well as those who have filed a civil action.
