Evidence Check List Immigrant Victims Applying for VAWA Cancellation of Removal [pdf]

This is not a comprehensive list. In most cases, these documents are not mandatory. However, the more documentation available will strengthen a favorable decision before an immigration judge in a VAWA cancellation case.
