This chapter (3.6) of Breaking Barriers assists advocates and attorneys in identifying sexual assault, domestic violence, and other crime victims who may be eligible for U-visa immigration status and provides information about the U visa program and U visa certification to help advocates and attorneys work together to prepare U-visa applications for immigrant crime victims.
