I-130 Victim’s Proof of Battering or Extreme Cruelty [pdf]

This document provides information about best practices for proving battering and extreme cruelty to public housing authorities to be used in cases of family-based visa petitioners (I-130). Proof of battering and extreme cruelty requirements do not apply to VAWA self-petitioners (I-360).
