Arkansas U Visa Certification Law (2015) [rtf]

This law requires law enforcement agencies to adopt a policy forcompleting and signing T and U nonimmigrant status certification requests for victims of human trafficking. The policy shall include a requirement to complete the request for certification no later than thirty days after the request was received.
