On April 29, 2024, DHS issued final T-Visa regulations that will take effect on August 28th, 2024. This Family Law COP will provide an overview of those regulations, discuss how they impact immigrant victims of domestic violence and child abuse in family law cases, and will highlight significant public benefits impact for survivors.
