The article describes which immigrant survivors (e.g., VAWA self-petitioners, human trafficking victims and lawful permanent residents) are also eligible to access a range of affordable housing options. Additionally the article discusses immigrant survivor’s legal options with regard to COVID-19 emergency housing assistance programs, Emergency Rental Assistance, and Emergency Housing Vouchers.
