This document is a printout of NIWAP’s “VAWA Confidentiality and Courthouse Immigration Enforcement” presentation. The presentation helped participants set parameters with immigration enforcement officals regarding if, when, and in what circumstances immigration enforcement at courthouses should occur. Additionally, participants were informed on how to take action regarding immigration enforcement at courthouses consistent with VAWA confidentiality and ICE policies.
