Roundtable presentation, “U and T Visa Certification: Lessons from Hennepin County” on October 9th, 2024. Hennepin County Attorney’s Office presented on prior practices and what assumptions and customs guided prior U and T visa practices, Hennepin County’s policy stories and how they enacted their new policy, and the impact and challenges of how Hennepin County’s new policy impacted their county’s immigrant community and what challenges they have faced.
