In this training, participants learned the importance of accurate information regarding immigration law to ensure just and fair outcomes in custody/protection order cases including legal immigration status and protection from deportation/low priority for removal. Participants also learned how to make findings necessary for SIJS cases and understand Congressional authorization for judges to sign U visa certifications.
