This document details the 2023 Minnesota state statutes regarding U and T visa certification laws. These include; requiring state law enforcement agencies to respond timely to requests for certification, conduct outreach informing the community, designate certifiers, keep records, implement language access plans, and prohibit disclosure of information of persons seeking certification.
