Presentation for Law Enforcement and Prosecution Virtual Roundtable on “Legal Immigration Relief or Victims of Sex and Labor Trafficking”, hosted on January 30, 2026. This NIWAP presentation provided crucial information to law enforcement and prosecution professionals on immigrant victims of sex and labor trafficking. Apart from looking at various control tactics used by offenders, the presentation educated participants on various legal tactics to help immigrant victims, such as U/T visas, and Continued Presence.
