This presentation aims to help judicial officers understand stalking behaviors using the SLII framework (surveillance, life invasion, interference, and intimidation). It also discusses how stalking behaviors may differ when the people involved are intimate partners. Finally, the presentation discusses accommodations/changes that victims may have made to their life, and how judicial officers can use the SHARP assessment to better identify stalking, document stalking patterns in court orders and offer greater and more effective help to stalking victims.
