This document describes a Community of Practice (CoP) for family law attorneys assisting immigrant survivors of domestic violence, funded by the Office on Violence Against Women. The CoP offers conference calls, peer mentoring, a listserv, expert resources, and covers topics like VAWA confidentiality, protection orders, and immigration issues in family law.
