A Leadership Approach to Domestic Violence Response with a Focus on Immigrant Victims

This presentation on the hallmarks of good domestic violence training, and the role policies can play in promoting offender accountability and officer, victim, and community safety was held in Utah. Faculty highlighted best practices for criminal investigations and successful prosecutions, particularly in cases involving immigrant victims, including U and T visa certification and language access.
