This chapter lists the HUD funded programs open to all immigrants without regard to immigration status and the programs whose availability may be limited to “qualified immigrants” as defined by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act of 1996 (PRWORA) and immigrants considered “eligible immigrants” under Section 214 of the Housing and Community Development Act.
