This training for judges focused on educating judges on their role as state and court judges on certifying and establishing elegibility for immigration relief, understanding how to utilize prior knowledge of dynamics of family violence to better protect immigrant families, and ultimately making appropriate findings and certifications that permit an immigrant crime victim the ability to pursue immigration relief.
