This presentation took place on May 14, 2018, in New Orleans, Louisiana for State STOP Administrators. It was designed to help government grant makers understand the full range of protections for immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence. It helps participant grant administrators better support programs in their states that identify and craft solutions for overcoming systemic barriers encountered by immigrant survivors, build those into STOP Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and facilitate representation by programs with expertise serving immigrant survivors in the STOP grant making process.
