Slides from the Judicial Training Network’s Multi-State Training in New Orleans. The presentation helped attendees analyze the complex realities faced by immigrants subjected to domestic abuse, sexual assault, child abuse, or human trafficking. Additionally, it detailed how to identify gaps in access to justice in courts and communities, and how to better work with immigrant survivors that attendees may encounter in their courtrooms and courthouses.
