This presentation for ANEW trains participants to identify and support immigrant survivors eligible for victim-based legal immigration relief, use tools that help ensure that immigrant survivors receive VAWA confidentiality protections including against removal, help immigrant survivors obtain creative effective relief in civil protection order cases, and ensure that immigrant survivors and their children access all of the benefits and services they are eligible to receive in Illinois.
