This is the original version of the U visa resource guide published by DHS it is available on the DHS website at https://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/dhs_u_visa_certification_guide.pdf. It was updated in 2015 to include more information to address questions certifiers were commonly asking for clarification from DHS and to expand the guide to be more useful to judicial certifiers and certifiers from state and federal government agencies who were not police or prosecutors.
